NOTA: A terra ou o pó
surge como princípio de modelação, tanto dos seres humanos como dos não
humanos, ligando todos os seres vivos numa identidade primeva. Destaca-se,
nessa matéria, o parentesco linguístico do termo hebraico “adam” (Adão),
que significa “homem”, e o termo “adamah”, que significa “terra”;
equivalente ao que se verifica entre “humano” e o vocábulo latino “humus”:
terra (VARANDAS,
2009: 18).
