Some coaching psychologists have already started integrating
coaching with mindfull walking with
nature (O’Donovan, 2015). Clearly, ecopsychology research is very relevant
for health and wellbeing coaching too.
In conclusion, the hope is that by using relative simple
evidence-based ecopsychological interventions, wellbeing can be enhanced for
individuals, groups and communities. Perhaps effective coaching is
self-coaching, and simple ecopsychological interventions are relatively easy to
persuade oneself to undertake.
