Andar com convicção

If walking is your primary exercise, it´s important that you walk with conviction. Strolling is not going to give the same cardiovascular benefits of other exercise, but hard, purposeful walking will. And many of the training techniques used in other sports, such as running, cycling, and swimming, can also be used in walking. For instance, fitness walkers need to be conscious of distance and speed, and they need to consider such training methods as speed and interval work if they want to improve their overall fitness.
